XP DEUS II – The Detector That Does It All

One detector. Every terrain. No compromises.

If you're looking for a metal detector that can go from the Australian goldfields to the beach, park, bush and even underwater, the XP DEUS II deserves a very serious look.

The DEUS II combines XP's FMF® Fast Multi-Frequency technology with an ultra-light, completely wireless design. It can operate using simultaneous multi-frequency or 49 individual frequencies from 4 to 45 kHz, giving you the flexibility to tune the detector to the ground and targets you're chasing.

And the best part?

It's ridiculously light.

The DEUS II starts from around 750 grams, making it one of the lightest high-performance detectors available. That's not just a number on a specification sheet — after several hours swinging a detector, you'll really appreciate the difference.

FMF® – The Heart of the DEUS II

XP's Fast Multi-Frequency technology allows the DEUS II to work across a broad frequency spectrum simultaneously.

You can also choose from 49 single frequencies between 4 and 45 kHz, giving experienced detectorists plenty of control when conditions demand a more specialised approach.

Whether you're chasing coins and relics, working mineralised ground, hunting the beach or looking for small targets, the DEUS II gives you the tools to adapt.

And with 12 factory programs plus 12 user programs, you can get started quickly and then build your own setups as your detecting skills develop.

Built for the Beach

Wet sand can be where ordinary detectors start to struggle.

The DEUS II was designed to handle it.

Its FMF technology and dedicated beach capability make it equally at home on dry sand, wet sand and the surf. XP even recommends the 11" coil as a good compromise of coverage, performance and stability on wet beaches.

So when the tide goes out, you can go with it.

And Yes… You Can Go Underwater

The DEUS II isn't just splash-proof.

The coils and remote control are IP68 rated for submersion up to 20 metres, making the detector a genuine underwater detecting platform when configured correctly.

That opens up a whole new world:

Beach. Surf. Creeks. Rivers. Lakes. Shallow water. Diving.

One machine can cover the lot.

Completely Wireless

There's something wonderfully liberating about picking up a DEUS II and discovering there are no cables running down the shaft.

The coil, remote control and wireless headphones communicate using XP's dedicated wireless technology. XP's system is designed specifically for detecting, with extremely low latency compared with conventional Bluetooth audio.

Less cable.

Less clutter.

More freedom.

And Then There's the WS6…

This is where the DEUS II becomes even more interesting.

The WS6 isn't simply a pair of wireless headphones. The WS6 module has its own controls and display and can actually be used as the detector's master control.

Add a suitable stem and coil and you can create an incredibly lightweight WS6 MASTER configuration.

So your DEUS II isn't locked into one configuration.

It's a detecting system that can grow with you.

Built for Serious Detectorists

The DEUS II gives you a huge amount of control over the way the machine responds.

You have adjustable:

Reactivity
Audio Response
Iron Volume
Multi Tones
Notch
Threshold
Audio frequency
Ground balance
Frequency shift
And a wide range of expert settings

There are also multiple audio options and a four-band equaliser, allowing you to tailor the detector's audio response to your preferences and hearing.

And that's important.

The DEUS II isn't a detector you'll simply outgrow after a few months.

As your detecting improves, you can start exploring what those settings actually do and squeeze more performance out of the machine.

Made for the Real World

The DEUS II isn't some delicate piece of technology that needs to be wrapped in cotton wool.

The remote control is waterproof and shockproof, the coils are waterproof to 20 metres, and the system uses high-performance rechargeable lithium batteries. XP also provides USB software updates, allowing the platform to evolve over time.

XP backs the DEUS II with a 5-year warranty, and the machine is made in France.

Why Buy a DEUS II?

Because you don't have to decide what type of detectorist you're going to be for the next ten years.

Today you might be hunting coins.

Tomorrow you might be on the beach.

Next weekend you're chasing gold.

A few weeks later you're standing in a creek wondering whether there's something hiding underneath the rocks.

The DEUS II can come with you.

It's lightweight enough to swing all day, powerful enough to satisfy experienced detectorists, versatile enough to handle different environments and configurable enough that you can continue learning long after you've bought it.
