Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss an estimated delivery time or available alternatives.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details (where available) so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. While we aim to meet these estimates, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, peak periods, or courier delays.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Capricorn Prospecting Supplies cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Authority to Leave

Where available, you may choose to authorise the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe location. If you select this option, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once it has been delivered according to your instructions.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us as soon as possible and, where practical, include photographs of the packaging and products. We'll work with you and the delivery carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Signature on Delivery
